Monthly Meetings
Experience a club where the meetings are all about participating in activities that get you involved. Join other teens who share your interest in the outdoors. Whatever the weather, we might go outdoors, so always be prepared!

Meetings are held from 6 - 7:30 pm on the second Thursday of the month at either the Wiedrich Education Center (WEC) in Glacial Park near Ringwood or the Prairieview Education Center (PEC) in Crystal Lake off Highway 176.

Sign up for the meeting is not mandatory, but is appreciated. There is no monthly meeting when a field trip is scheduled.

Field Trips
Our field trips blend outdoor recreation with natural history and conservation.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, there is always something new to learn
about recreation in the outdoors with the Conservation Club for Teens.

Field Trips are held every third month on a Saturday.

Members must provide their own lunch and entrance fee to museums. Field trips within the McHenry County Conservation District are free.

Member Registration
Call the Wiedrich Education Center at (815) 678-2219 or Prairieview Education Center at (815) 479-5779 to register. You will receive the newsletter "Your News" and a health form which needs to be returned.
